French 19th Century Iron Jardinière with Lateral Handles and Double L Monogram

About the Item

A French iron jardinière from the 19th century, with double L monogram, foliage motifs and lateral handles. Born in France during the 19th century, this iron jardinière features a flaring lip adorned on the outside with egg-and-dart motifs. The circular body is adorned with double L monograms separated from one another through medallions, while the sides each presents a handle. The jardinière is mounted on a fluted base resting on a square pediment. Showcasing a nice patina, this 19th century iron jardinière will bring a touch of French tradition to any garden, patio or foyer.
